Even with limited user research experience can be optimized with user-centered thinking. Working with a Data and Analytics team, I was able to map the overall process from the perspective of the client’s leadership team.   Enhancing the experience allowed it to resonate with its core audience, and empowered the entire team to use design thinking principles.
