Cash Assistance Application
While working on a larger research project surrounding Health and Human Services (HHS) we found and wanted to address one of the pain points surrounding Cash Assistance (CA) programs. Creating a customized calendar and task list with reminders, appointment, and alerts for a person who is applying for aid would help them to manage what the state needs from them, and helps them to keep the aid that they need. This would also help lower state costs for surrounding reapplication processes, the expensive process of filing and submitting their documents in person, as well as putting systems in place to help curb fraud. For those without internet access they could set up and print out their information on state kiosks.
